Hi everyone,

I've been trying to book a free appointment at the core service point in Croydon via UKVCAS website, there is no option to select appointments to be carried out from 10 -16 - free of charge.
Do I need to walk into the service centre to book it in person?

If you are not getting the option, then it means there is no availability.

There is no walk in service. You must have an appointment that has been booked online.
