What is your initial visa date? I am assuming its the same as your wife. But I think you meet your job requirements by April?
Your wife will be eligible for ILR when she completes 5 years (minus 28 days) on Tier 1 dependent visa from issue date.
You will need cohabitation evidence for 2 years.
No maintenance needed for ILR.
You both need Life in UK and english requirements.
You can register your son as british citizen via MN1 after you get your ILR, you dont need to apply for him.

You need to show 2 years of cohabitation with 6 different sources evenly spread. Like, tenancy agreement, water/electricity/gas bills, TV license, council tax bills, UK license, NHS letters, joint bank statements etc

Topics merged.
1. See previous answers when you asked last year.
2. Yes.
3. There is no window service anymore. You apply online and choose standard or super priority if it is available. You scan and upload all documents before the biometric appointment at ukcvas sopra steria.
