On June 2019 I applied for fast track ILR (Settlement Visa), I paid £3200 (the standard fee is £2400). Fast track service means that a decision should be made within 24 hours. However, in my case they took 6 months to reach a decision which granted me indefinite leave to remain. Would I be able to apply for a refund as the service I paid for was not provided?

What route to ilr did you apply through?

Did ho communicate with you that a decision will be delayed?

Super priority fee refunds are usually automatic.

Yes they notified me that decision will be delayed

I apply through long residency ,10 years

any communication within 24hrs means you wont get refund.
if you did not get any communication few days then request for refund.
