Hi,

I am just in the process of gathering the information for applying my wife ILR visa. I have ILR which was granted last year and my wife came into this country in Dec 2014 on Tier 2 dependent visa (she still got this visa until April). I believe she has now completed 5 years qualifying period for applying ILR as Tier 2 dependent. Please advise:
if she is ok to apply for ILR ?
she was working part time 15hrs a week since last year and she is now on maternity leave until Oct 2020. Is there anything I should be considering or required from her employment record?

      your help will be appreciated.

      thanks
      Syed

Yes if she meets all the standard requirements to apply on form SET O.
she was working part time 15hrs a week since last year and she is now on maternity leave until Oct 2020. Is there anything I should be considering or required from her employment record?
Employment is not mandatory and there is no financial requirment for SET O either.

Hope she has claimed benefits in her name she is not entitled to.

      2. Put your previous sponsor details.

      3. 2 years proof of cohabitation in both names, liuk, English, passports, brp.

Tier 2 G Dependent ILR visa English Language/financial requirements

      Hi,

I am applying for my wife ILR visa as she qualifies after 5 years on Tier 2 G dependent visa. I have got NARIC statement of comparability which declares her degree as equivalent to ordinary Bachelors but it doesn't verify that the course was taught in English. She has passed the B1 exam and have certificate for that.

So should i not use NARIC certificate at all and answer No to question "Do you have a degree that was taught in English?" and

Use the B1 certificate instead for my application?.

Also what financial documents required from my side?. I have got ILR.

      please advise.
      thanks
      Syed

DO NOT tag you questions all over the forum. Stick to this post only :!:
If you want to use SELT test, say NO to the degree taught in English :!: :!:
