Dear members,
Is it possible for someone who is working in Tier 2 general to be a victim of tax Deception refusal in future. ? What precautions to be taken from now on.
The person gets payslips from the main organisation and bank pay from part time 15hrs equivalent weekend work.

This only mostly affected people who relied on their self declared income to get Tier 1G visas. For Tier 2 it should be rare unless your employer ends up paying no tax.

Just make sure your address is correct with HRMC. So if they need anything from you, they can easily reach you.
As you receive your wages through PAYE, you have nothing to do. Your employer will make the necessary deductions and send you your money.
In some cases, HMRC may ask you to fill a tax return, but it's a rare occurrence really.

Thanks for update. So this is less likely for tier 2 general employees whose taxes are deducted at source by employer.

I will update address with HMRC
