hello dear
im british citizen and my spouse none EU CITIZEN and i will make an application for the extend the visa there are few questions about my application
1. My spouse & daughter passport run out 6 months ago couldn't renew them
is there any problem with the application refuse or reject ?

2. I'm British but had bankruptcy in september does it affect the application ?

3. My income total without any benefit £9000 .
My Application 1 spouse and 1 dependent

That's well bellow the minimum income to sponsor a spouse and dependent visa:

The yearly income is:

- £18600 to sponsor your wife
- £3'800 extra to sponsor your daughter

That brings the total to £22'400 / year

They both need a valid passport.

Why did you not renew them in time or what exactly was the issue why it wasn't done??

The OP filled for bankruptcy in September. It was possibly a mater of not being able to pay the fees.
