Hey Everyone,
I have just be charge for drink driving offence. And I have applied for my ILR months ago. My question is should I inform the home office of the charge or not as I had already made the aplication before this unfortunate charge.
Advice on this will be much appreciated.

Thanks

You do not have a conviction, yet. If you get a conviction which is recorded on your criminal record it could be a grounds for refusal. When are you at Court?

You should inform them of the outcome of the court hearing.

No. Also a drink driving offence will lead to ILR refusal for the next 24 months

A pending court case will block any application decision on ILR. UKVI has instant access to police/court cases
