Dear all
Please can you help in explaining what does this question means is it , regarding visa extension?
What does leave granted means in here.

Any visa PBS and PBS dependent route granted in or after 11 January 2018, ie leave to remain or entry clearance.

Another question
My children were refused first time in application process
Though i was granted tier 2 visa
Later on visa was granted, on re application. And we all entered on same date in uk .
Reason was no ties with father was shown in application, as father lived in another country.
Do i have to mention in application about refusal.
