Earliest Eligibility to apply for ILR

Hello dear friends. I was first granted a Tier 2 visa on 6th November 2016 to work from 18 November 2016 to 25 January 2019 as an NHS sponsored doctor. I first entered on 5th December 2016 as a Tier 2 worker. I am currently training to be a GP as a Tier 2 sponsored doctor under Health Education England with my tier 2 visa sponsored till August 2022.
Would my 5 years be completed on 6th November 2021 or 5th December 2021?
I wish to understand when I would be able to apply at the earliest for my ILR (i.e 28 days before my 5 years is completed).
Thanks again to everyone!

Your ILR residence qualifying period starts from the date your visa was initially issued/started and NOT the date of entry to the UK.

Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate it.
My first successful Home Office letter is dated the 6th November 2016, while my first Tier 2 visa sticker says valid from 18/11/2016 to 18/12/2016.
Does my ILR qualifying period start from 6th November 2016 or 18th November 2016?
Thanks in advance.

I would go with visa start date.
