UKVAS Super Priority Service Problem (FLR LR)

Hi I want to submit my application of ( FLR LR )and from last 5 days I cannot see Super Priority Service option! I have tried in midnight different times and day time as well just showing standard service.
Anyone else experience this problem? Any suggestion?
