Hi ,
My daughter born in the United Kingdom in 2017 , will she be eligible to apply for ILR with me in 2021 , If I send her to India this February and bring her back around September 2020?

If you plan on registering your child as British, there is NO requirement for the child to hold ilr.

What is her visa status and the visa status of the other parent?

On what basis are you applying for ilr, presumably tier 2 general??

Ilr via long residence does not permit dependents to apply with you.

Already answered your ilr question.

Presumably your spouse is your dependent which means they also cannot apply for ilr when you do.
