Dear all,
We have recently received ILR. But had to apply for visa just before ILR application.
First visa stamp date 04/02/2015
Visa till 30/12/2019
I changed job therefore new cos from dec 2018
My new Visa valid till 24/12/2020.
Ilr qualifying date 06/01/2020
My husband’s visa was due to expire before that therefore applied for tier 2 visa on 29/12/2019 but didn’t submit biometrics
We have 4 year old twins born in the uk. They had tier 2 visa which was due to expire on 30/12/2019.
We submitted an application for their tier 2 visa on 30/12/2019 but didn’t enrol for biometrics.
Myself and husband applied for ILR on06/01/2020 quoting the tier 2 application submitted for my husband.
Biometric for ILR 22/01/2020
ILr granted email23/01/2020
We hav3 submitted a citizenship application for the children now.
1, how do I get a refund for my husband’s tier 2 visa application?
2. Can I withdraw the children’s tier 2 application?
3. Can I get refund of the application and IHS for children?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the reply. How do I withdraw the tier 2 application for children? The form that I found states no refunds will be given if applied from uk.
Do I have to call?

If you withdraw, no refund is given. It is an online form
