Myself, my wife and my first child(aged 15 years) will be eligible to apply for ILR under Long term residence 10 year route by 15-April-2020(within 28 days of 10 year residency completion) and all currently have valid visa until 14-Jul-2020. We all entered the UK on the same date. I'm on the T2 ICT route and my wife and my first child are on PBS dependent visa. My second child(aged 8 years) is born in the UK and is on PBS dependent visa valid until 14-Jul-2020, will be completing 10 years of residence in September 2021.
what application form should be used to apply ILR for myself, my wife and two children?
How to apply for ILR for my second child as he has not completed 10 years of residence?
Can we all apply together for ILR?

Presumably you have calculated the 28 days from initial UK entry date and not initial visa issue date??
I'm on the T2 ICT route and my wife and my first child are on PBS dependent visa. My second child(aged 8 years) is born in the UK and is on PBS dependent visa valid until 14-Jul-2020, will be completing 10 years of residence in September 2021.
A UK born child does NOT need ILR if you plan on registering the child as British.

3 X set LR forms. You cannot add dependents to your form. Each person just apply on their own and meet all the requirements individually.
How to apply for ILR for my second child as he has not completed 10 years of residence?
Child does not need ilr as stated above.
Can we all apply together for ILR?
Yes for you, your wife and eldest child.

Thank you very much @CR001. Yes, the 10-year residence is calculated based on the initial UK entry date.

Dear CR001/Moderators,
I'm on T2 ICT route(see details in the same thread) and completed 10 years of stay in the UK and can apply for ILR at any time now. My current CoS is ending on 30-Jun-2020. Please clarify the following:
After I submit the SET(LR) application and while awaiting a decision from Home Office:
a) I can and only can work for my current sponsor/employer after 30-Jun-2020 and there should be a new valid CoS to work for my sponsor
or
b) Can I work with another employer?
Best Regards

You can only work for your tier 2 sponsor. You don't need a new Cos.
You cannot work for anyone else while the ilr application is pending.
While an application is pending, your existing tier 2 visa and visa conditions continue.
