Super priority complex issues email

Hello All,

I have applied for super priority service set(m) on 22nd feb (Saturday) and today I received an email that “due to exceptionally complex issues we require further time to consider you application”. They did not specify if they need further documents or a certain time to make a decision. Did anyone get this kind of an email response? How long would they take to reach a decision considering it’s a super priority service? My documents are intact and we have made sure all the documents are provided. Our finances are way above the limit of ILR. However I am not sure why they haven’t made a decision and how long I have to wait. I might lose my job as I am a contractor and I am extremely worried with the situation.please advise and help

This is very common. Wait to hear back. Your priority fee paid will be refunded
