So the sister company is your second job up to 20 hours per week???
You cannot do a second job during your main sponsor working hours.
You also cannot use your income from your second up to 20 hours per week job to meet the ilr salary requirement.
Only your main sponsored job salary counts for ilr.

Unlikely, it will be viewed as a second job with a separate salary and payroll system as it is a different company and the salary doesn't count.
I thought you were applying for ilr based on 10 years residence or switching to tier 4??
