Dear members,

I got my first British spouse 2.5 years in 2014(2014 t0 2016)
Applied extension and got refused bcz of toeic after almost 4 years appeal process I got my extension of my British spouse in 2020 (2020 to 2022)
My query is the time I spent while winning my appeals will count toward British spouse 5 years routes for ILR
Or I need to Waite till 2022 and complete my extension time to qualify for ILR on basis of British spouse.

If you applied before visa expiry, it will count towards ILR

You mean time I spent while appealing against HO for refusal of British spouse extension will count towards 5 years of British spouse time for 5 years
As I have mentioned I got extension now I can apply ILR now ? Rather then waiting for 2022 as my extension getting expire in 2022 ?

Yes, if you applied BEFORE visa expiry and you had right of appeal
