Ilr Application for my friend.

Dear Honourable Members of the Board.

My Friend currently on Tier 2 Work Permit which ends June 2021. His firm was informed by Home office that their Tier 2 License has been revoked from 4th March. Now he is looking for the next option for him to gain the time until 4th November 2020 as he was initially granted visa on 02.12.2010. So please advise the best options for him. He has not received any notice from home office yet.

Is he wanting to apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence??

If yes, what date did he originally ENTER the UK? Date of initial visa is irrelevant for long residence ILR.

He came to uk 15/12/2010

He can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 15th December provided he meets all the requirements for long residence ilr.

Curtailment letters can take a while to get sent out. He should find another sponsor or visa to apply for.

If he apply for FLR to gain the time and then apply for ILR varying the FLR application. Is he be of with that.
