Hi guys,

Going to apply for my wife ILR, after 5 years in tier 2 dependant. Question is, I got ILR few years back and was claiming child benefit since then, stopped new months back. Little one got his passport after I got ILR, Should I disclose about this benefit in this application?

i think it does not come under the list of benefits its your child's right. Every person who has a settled status he can claim child benefit and there will be no impact on your wife application.
