I have been living in UK since 2 years on a Tier-2 Gen Dependant Visa.
I would like to know if in case i get an opportunity to take up the new job(company who are willing to sponsor) and become a Tier 2 primary.
Will i be able to apply for an ILR after 3 years 1 month from now(2years tier 2 dependant already served + 3years1month going to serve) ?

No. Time spent as a PBS dependant will NOT count towards your ILR under Tier 2 General as the main visa holder. Also note that such move requires you to apply for your Tier 2 visa from outside the UK as you cannot switch in the UK
