ILR For Dependants

Hi Guys,
Would appreciate if you could assist me.

I have been granted ILR some months ago.

My wife and my sons will now need to apply for theirs.

1. My wife has 3 passports - 2 expired and one currently valid. Do I need to scan and upload ALL the pages of ALL the passports … or photo pages of the expired passports and ALL the pages of the valid passport … or only the photo pages of ALL the passports?

2. While filling the Set O form for the Dependents, I have observed that it only asks for the countries that the applicant has LIVED in, and not the countries they may have visited. Is this correct … or am I looking at an incorrect form?

Many Thanks!

1. All pages with exit/entry stamps in the last 5 years
2. There are two separate places. For absences, you mention the country you visited during an absence. There is another question asking about countries you simply lived including your home country

Hi Zimba,

Thank you for your super-quick response.

1) Noted.

2) One of the questions asked on the Set O form is:

Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?

If you answer 'Yes' … it then asks you to provide details of the absences by indicating places visited. However, if you answer 'No', it just goes to the next question without providing any options to write down places visited during the relevant 5 years.

My wife got her Tier 2 ext in Aug 2017 … and so no option available in the online form to indicate the places visited by her.

Does this mean that for leave granted before 11 January 2018 Home Office does not require places visited by the dependant of a Tier 2 migrant … and only requires to know the places they have lived in the past?

Would appreciate an advice.

Kind regards

No absence to be declared if her current visa was issued before 11 January 2018.
