Thank you in advance,

I am suppose to apply for Settlement Visa/ILR in upcoming week through tier 1 Entrepreneur Migrant.

Since the nature of my Business involve a lot of travel, I have exceeded the limit for 180 days before my granted 2 year leave and after the change of the regulation at 11 jan 2018.

Could any one please advise how can I get around this situation.

What can I do in order to avoid my application from being rejected/refused.

What will happen once application is refused due to 180 day, what can be done in that situation.

The purposes of my absence have solely been for Business.

Please advise.

You would apply for a second extension rather than ILR. And apply for ILR as and when you qualify the absence limits.

You have until April 2025 to qualify for settlement

Is this extension is suppose to be for 2 year like a leave grant or 1 year,

Or is this extension will be for 3 to 5 years to complete the eligibility period,
