My wife and I are from India and each hold ILR to stay in UK. We are blessed with a child. Can someone kindly let us know how we can apply for the child's ILR?

Yes

The child is automatically British then and can apply directly for a British passport. The child can also hold both Indian and British citizenship until the age of 18 when they will have to choose which one to keep.
