Hello
I need assistance....... My FLR(M) application in progress applied on 21 Feb 2020 today I got email from Home office email them required my documents. First I email them documents or vary my visa application to ILR first?
Now my 10 years completed I want to vary my application to SET(LR) or ILR....
Do I have to pay the full fee for ILR or just the difference between visa application fee.
I read here on board but cant find the link just to pay the visa fee difference.
I haven't pass the B1 test yet so what if I applied for ILR without English test if visa refused what option I will have to apply again.
My husband have British passport also 2 kids ages 5-1/2 and 2-1/2 have British passport.
Please help me find the application varying link so where I just have to pay the fee difference not the ILR full fee and apply for FLR(M) fee .
Thanks

There is no separate variation path !! You must apply for ILR as normal and pay FULL fees. Your new application will be treated as variation of the previous pending application. You will get a refund for the FLR(M) later. Documents are not emailed, they are uploaded to UKVCAS system and submitted to UKVI when you attend your appointment. Apply online now without the English test, sit your test when centers are opened, upload the evidence to UKVCAS system and THEN attend/book the ILR appointment

Hello again..
Apply to settle in the UK – long residence
Use this form if you have lived in the UK lawfully for 10 years continuously and now want to apply to settle in the UK.
If you are the spouse or partner of someone who is settled and currently living in the UK and you have completed the relevant period of continuous leave in the UK using the 'Family Route', you cannot use this form. You must instead apply using the form Apply to settle in the UK -
Apply to settle in the UK - Partner of a person or parent of a child already settled in the UK
My husband and two kids here also my 10 years are completed so which option I should use ? 10 years long residency or family life ?
Reply please
Thanks

I have not heard anyone being asked to submit physical documents. You can vary ANYTIME as long as your application is pending. If you are refused, your passport may be held

Hello
Thanks for reply....
I am confused which ILR I need to apply as it stated
1) Apply to settle in the UK – long residence
Use this form if you have lived in the UK lawfully for 10 years continuously and now want to apply to settle in the UK.
2) If you are the spouse or partner of someone who is settled and currently living in the UK and you have completed the relevant period of continuous leave in the UK using the 'Family Route', you cannot use this form. You must instead apply using the form Apply to settle in the UK -
Apply to settle in the UK - Partner of a person or parent of a child already settled in the UK
As my husband got ILR in October 2016 now have British Passport.
Please Reply
Thanks

At the end it says please note i do not work on Thursday.
