Dear All,

I applied for ILR under assumption that once i get that i would apply for my family as "dependents of a settled person". Now because of the coronavirus situation my application is still under process so what category would apply if i want to put my family's application forward

there is no category called "dependents of a person in process of settlement"

Dear masters/experts please advise

Do your dependents qualify for ilr or are you asking about a visa extension?

How long have they had a tier 2 dependent visas and been in the uk?

On what basis did you apply for ilr,tier 5 or 10 years long residence?

1. yes we all qualify for ILR based on 5 year of residence under my tier 2 sponsorship.

2. the application would be for ILR

3. family has been with me here in the uk since my very first day on the visa starting may 2015.

4. application is based on completing 5 years under tier 2

1 & 2. Why didn't you all apply at the same time then?? It would have been simpler.

3 & 4. They apply on their own form Set O, your spouse as the main applicant. Presumably your spouse has English B1 and LIUK tests done already?

I see that you are applying for your dependents.
I am applying for my dependants in the same category.
