ITC, ILR and Maternity

I entered the country on a company sponsored visa on 09th May 2011. The visa was applied before the rules of April 2011 and issues on 19 April, 2011. Based on the 10 year route I should be able to apply for my ILR in May 2021. I am on maternity leave since March 2020 and have been informed that my team could be possibly made redundant due to jobs moving. My maternity leave of 52 weeks and accrued holidays from 2020 will take me April 2021 when I can apply for my ILR 28 Days before completing 10 years. Assuming I take my maternity for a year and then made redundant after May 2020 how would this impact my application. Do I need to show my salary slips and bank statement during the time of maternity? Do I need to show proof that I am employed? I am trying to figure the best option for me is it to stay on maternity or apply for a job within my company to ensure I meet all the eligibility?

Ilr based on long residence is based on 10 years legal stay, ie 10 years visas and not your employment.

No and no.

If your leave to remain was curtailed by UKVI due to redundancy, you may need to apply for another visa. Wanted to state this explicitly
