Hi All Experts/Gurus,

I am due for ILR ,

5 Years before while switching ICT from A company to T2G Sponsor company B ,My COS start date is Aug 5 -2015 and my joining date for Sponsor company B is also Aug 5th but visa approved date T2G on May2nd -2015 (same date in BRP card)

My last day in ICT company A is June 20th for serving notice period .

1) Since i was serving notice period for company A in ICT until June 20 -though my Visa for t2G for company B is approved in may 2nd -2015 but COS start date for company B is Aug5th -Will this be an issue in ILR ?

2)I had read previous forum visa approved date is not problem ,we should not work after COS start date ?This is a common practice for everyone facing the issue .

It is bit panicking ,Experts advice are much appreciated at this time .

For ILR visa approval date is when your qualifying period starts. For compliance, you should only work for current sponsor after COS start date.

Thank you for your swift response .Really this forum is great source for all .

Since i serve notice period for my previous employer company A until June 20th-2015 -though my Visa for t2G for company B is approved in may 2nd -2015 (I mean there is a over lap during visa transfer from ICT to T2G) and issued by company B during notice period of company A .I came know this is normal case for all members ,
-Do i need to add any doc or letter giving explanation during ILR?Will there be any problem while processing .

I dont have any issue with new sponsor company B joining date or cos date -which is totally different COS start date for company B is Aug5th-This is clear .
