ILR for the Dependant of Tier 1 Entrepreneur 200K

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am planning to make an application for my ILR. My wife who was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur 200K got her ILR in October 2019. My daughter also got ILR in the same period.

I got my visa as a dependant of my wife after 1 year of her entry to the UK. As I only completed 4 years at the time of my wife's ILR application, therefore I had to wait for another 1 year.

I would really appreciate, if some can share me the list of supporting documents needs to be sent with this application of ILR of dependant of Tier 1 Entrepreneur?

Which form to use?

How much is the fee?

Do I have same day service for this application?

Do I need to attach any documents from my wife's business in addition to my payslips?

Or any other important documents which are normally ignored and becoming the reason of refusals.

Thanks

This appears to be different to what you described and posted previously under a different username??

On what basis did your spouse get ILR??? Also highly unusual, and against what the immigration rules, state for children of PBS migrants getting ILR when only one parent is applying.

The enquiry that I have made is completely new and different to what I have posted earlier. This is about one of my family friend, who tried to register his account, but lost his password and did not receive any password reseting email.

This is a completely different scenario, where his wife came in May 2014 on Tier 1 Entrepreneur, and he applied for his dependant visa in the UK, which he got in June 2015.

Thats why he is completing his 5 years in June 2020, while his wife completed 5 years in May 2019 and got her approval for ILR under Tier1 Entrepreneur in October 2019.

Do you still need more explanation regarding this?

Thanks

One more thing, they got married in September 2014 in the UK, after the main applicant arrived in the UK in May 2014.

If asking on behalf of someone else, please state this when you start a topic. This still doesn't make having multiple usernames permissible!!
Which form to use?
It is form SET(O).
How much is the fee?
ILR costs £2389 excluding UKCVAS centre fee.
Do I have same day service for this application?
Super priority and priority service is currently suspended. Only standard service is available.
Do I need to attach any documents from my wife's business in addition to my payslips?
No.
Or any other important documents which are normally ignored and becoming the reason of refusals.
You also need 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both names from 3-6 sources, LIUK and English B1.

CR001 THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY.

Did not intend to use multiple usernames, but just this one worked otherwise, tried to register new, but was not getting through.

your platform is really helpful and so use it whenever there is any need. used it long ago, told my friend to use it, but he has some technical issues, so made that enquire on his behalf.

IN terms of payslips is it necessary to send them if yes is it OK to send 6 months payslips or more

Thanks

Payslips are NOT required for ILR based on SET(O) for PBS Dependents. There is NO financial requirement for SET(O) ILR.
