Dependent - ILR - T1 ENT

I received ilr 5 year T1 route.

I am applying for my dependants, beside co-habitation what documents would be needed ?

Any income / maintenance to be shown ?

Passports, liuk,English B1, 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both names.

my wife and kids received ILR approval today with these documents only.

I also uploaded marriage certificate.

Hi,

I have got ILR 5 year T1 Ent

I have 3 dependent Mrs and 2 kids - dependent visa valid till may 2020

I am planning to apply for mrs this month for same day and once she gets ilr we will apply for kids . It this possible.

What documents we need for the kids

Yes possible. Provided the children apply before their visa expired.

Expect ho to query why children are not apply with wife.

in this section do we list all absence from 2014 for dependent on only after 11/01/2018

80% Salary T1 Depended

my partner holds t1 depended , she is working due to current situation she will get 80% salary from govt , as per visa she cannot access public funds , will this be classed as public fund ???

The scheme announced by the government is a relief for BUSINESSES so it may cover all employees. Public funds restrictions referred in the rules applies to the benefits claimed by INDIVIDUALS e.g universal credit, tax credits, child benefit, etc. Those remain in place as normal

So she can take salary ? It will not be breach of visa conditions?

Did you read what I said ??! She claims nothing. Her employer may be able to claim upto 80% of her salary from the government. This in theory and ideally should not change anything for her.

Can someone please check documents and see if anything else is needed or if I have missed something. I applied last night and today received a email from a caseworker he wants documents so that he can start working before bio-metrics.

Shall be please if zimba or mcrath can go thru the list please
