ILR Set (P) special case questions

Hi,

I have a couple of questions related to a friend who was granted refugee status in the UK and about to submit their ILR Set (P) online application. I appreciate your help.

1-The refugee was granted status as a married dependent of the main applicant. They had different nationalities. 3 years ago the main applicant passed away. The dependent is now applying for ILR as the Applicant and will state in cover letter that the main applicant when granted asylum has passed-away and will provide UK death certificate. What other documents must be provided?
2- as the dependent refugee is of a different nationality from the main applicant (but used to live together in the main applicant's country which is the habitual place of residence for both), does the refugee need to state that they are still have the same risks of being returned to the place/country of the habitual residence (which is not same as the home country)?

Thank you

As far as I know, they should face no issues
