Hello,

I am looking for advice on my scenario, please help

I am on T2 ICT long term visa type (not general).Below are some date information,

My first Visa starting date: 9th July 2010
Fist arrival Date in UK: 21st Nov 2010

I have two questions here,
1. whether 135 days of delayed start which is between 9th July 2010 and 21st Nov 2010 will be considered for 10 years? or I have wait till 21st Nov 2020 to apply.
Note: On the first year, I have less than 180 days outside UK including 135 days of delayed start.
2. If i am eligible to apply for ILR, can I apply 28 days before 9th July 2020 which is 11th June 2020?

Thanks in advance.

No it won't be considered. You have to wait and can only apply within 28 days before the 10th anniversary of the date you ENTERED the UK.

You are not eligible for ILR based on long residence in June.

Thanks for the quick response. It is very helpful.

My current visa expires on 24th Oct 2020 which is exactly 28 days before my 10th anniversary of my date entered in UK (21st Nov 2020).

Is it fine if I apply for ILR on that exact date 24th Oct 2020? or will it be a problem as it is too close? Also please help in confirming my 28 day calculation (24th Oct 2020 ) is correct?

Thanks in advance.

Apply earlier, book your appointment for a day when eligible within the 28 days mark

I said apply earlier. It does not matter on what day. Your appointment day must be within the 28 days of completing your qualifying period of 10 years, from the day you entered the UK
