Hello Team,

Planning to apply for ILR and I took life in UK in 2015 is that still valid ?

and qualification at level B1 is same as Batchelor degree or master degree?

How to prove endorsement is still valid for settlement requirement?
" the endorsing body has not withdrawn its endorsement of the applicant".

Thanks

LIUK has no expiry date. If you have a UK degree taught at Bachelor's level or above, you automatically get the English language points. You should get a letter from the endorsing body with confirmation

Thanks , I have Non-UK post graduate degree so, do I need to use Naric UK services to evaluate my degree?

For Naric test, Is it mandatory to submit medium of instruction letter as this is going to take some time when I request from my university. Not sure, if I can apply without this for my degree evaluation ?

Then do the English B1 test.

You need naric English and comparable assessment, ie UKVI NARIC red route, which costs the same as the English test, £150.

I found below information from policy guidance https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... idance.pdf

23. Where you are applying for settlement, you do not need to contact your specific endorsing body or provide any evidence to demonstrate that you are still endorsed by the endorsing body.

so, I think it's not required. Could you please confirm the same?

You are correct. Settlement does not need a letter as long as the endorsement has not been withdrawn

2012
But I'm applying ILR based on my T1 talent visa. Could you please confirm again?

also noticed your comments below (ILR - Online form - Required Documenthi)

4. In online form, I am asked the date i first came to the UK. Under this question, it is mentioned that this is the date you are basing your ILR on. Will it be the date when I came to UK as student in 2010 or the date when I got first Tier 2 general visa in 2013?
Tier 2 switching date

Also please advise on below.

After providing absences below is the question on online form.Should I provide all details since my birth?

Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?

I have Naric certificate which option should I choose?

What will you use to prove your degree taught in English? (Required)

Degree certificate
Official transcript or letter

The transcript or letter from your college or university must confirm:
your name
the name of the college or university
the qualification you have been awarded
the date when the qualification was or will be awarded
The transcript or letter must be on official headed paper.

It is 2012. You should provide countries you lived in. The question on degree I am not sure. Is there a different question if you answer NO? To be honest it does not matter what you choose as you already score points for English

Thanks for the reply.

I came in 2009 initially went back in 2011 but came back in 2012 and switch to T1 in 2017 (continuous stay since 2012) so, date of entry should be 2009 or still 2012?

Apologies for confusion.

It really does not matter, the answer has no ramifications. Put 2009.

Could you please advise for below?

Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?

Yes/No ?

Providing utility bills (water and council) held jointly by me and my wife. Should I say yes?

Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?

Yes/ No?

I don't need any financial support so, I think No.

Thanks

Is your wife applying with you for ilr?? If she isn't, then you do not need any utility bills etc.

Could you please advise for the below query. If I can apply for my wife's ILR?

My wife was on Tier2 ICT PBS Dependent since 2012 visa till 2017 (visa end date 4th August 2017).
She Left the UK on 8th July and applied to switch Tier1 PBS dependent visa from India on 1st August got BRP vignette (8sep2017 - 8oct 2017) but unfortunately, my wife had an accident and didn't' travel so, renewed 30 days vignette on 21st October 2017 and got a visa from 8th Nov17 and entered to the UK on 5th December.
Can she apply for ILR as she has completed 5 years dependent visa and also absence was 5 months ( less than 6 months)?
