SET(P) Form - refugee - stay outside of the UK for more than 3 months

Hi everyone
While filling in the online SET (P) form, I came across the following question:
Since you started living in the UK have you spent time outside the UK for 3 months or longer?
I've never spent 3 months in a single journey (or even in a single year) outside of the UK, but the total stay outside of the UK is probably more than 3 months over 6 years, should I say yes, and if I say, it will allow me to give details of the journeys I had, I will struggle to remember every single journey details (start and end), what should I do here? should I just say no because I've not spent more than 3 months in a single journey?
