Thank you for your reply.

We have a very similar case to the above mentioned. I have obtained my ILR in 2017 under Tier 1(General) and my wife's ILR is due now.

The questions we have are:

1) The online application process for SET(O), does not seek for any documents such as:
1.a) Proof of Address
1.b) Proof of cohabitation
1.c) Photograph
Are we supposed to provide these on our own? If so could you provide a list of examples of accepted proofs?

2) We found a policy document at (https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... rs-1-2-4-5), is this the correct document for guidance on SET(O) for PBS dependants?

Kind Regards

Please do not tag your questions onto other members topics. It is unfair to other members and creates confusion when responses are posted.

You need 1.b) proof of cohabitation for the last two years to prove subsisting relationship. You need 3 to 6 items/sources spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months in both names or addressed individually at the same address.

You don't need proof of address (different to cohabitation) and you don't need photographs.

Yes, it clearly states which visas it applies to.
