Hi there
I will be soon applying for ILR as TIER 1 migrant. Nature of my business is a Consultancy Firm that has a business premises and mostly directors and our employees has to visit our client's site to check their compliances with different BS and ISO standards.
Question
I have decided to upload business insurance document along with the other required documents.
According to my nature of business, we have the following insurance certificates
Employer Liability & Professional Indemnity
Are these 2 certificates are fine to include with my application???
According to paragraph 245 DF in immigration rules states that business must have an insurance.

Insurance is only necessary if the law requires you to have one like Employer Liability

Dear senior members
I have almost filled the online application settlement form for Tier 1 entrepreneur (50K).
There are some confusions that need your help and support.
Consent form
I have only one bank joint account with my business partner and no one is financially supporting me. I believe that only part 1 should be signed by me and part 2 should be signed by the partner.
Is part 3 is applicable to me?
Should I still upload part 3 (as blank) of consent form if it's not applicable?
Employee Payment Record
Online visa form is asking whether I am submitting employees payment record.
What evidence should I provide for EPR?
Mandatory Documents
In section of mandatory documents, online application form is asking for
1-BRP evidence
2-Applicant immigration status evidence
Both looks like same. I have got only BRP. What about applicant immigration status?
Your quick response will be highly appreciated as I am ready to submit my application.
Thanks

Only page one of the consent form applies to you. You must submit FPS submissions for your payroll. BRP is enough

Thanks Zimba for your reply.
One more question please
As I stated above I am applying ILR TIER1 Entrepreneur 50K. I am now ready to upload the documents for my application
Question
I have read the policy guidance and immigration rules where it is clearly stated that if you have been awarded points for INVESTMENT in the the last successful application then you don't need to provide evidence for investment. (I have proved my investment at the time of extension)
Guidance also states that you need to prove your business activity by providing Bank Statement OR Bank Letter and Corporation Tax documentation
My solicitor is saying that you need to upload last 2 years unaudited accounts and management accounts to prove your business activity.
Do I really need to upload last 2 years financial accounts(After extension).
Your quick response will be highly appreciated
Thanks

Urgent help regarding PCN

Dear Senior members
I have already applied for ILR but while filling visa application form I declared the following as
NO
- A penalty for a driving offence, for example
disqualification for speeding or no motor
insurance
- A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty
Question
I had 2 PCN issued by the council in June 2018 and January 2019
One PCN for parking (fine of £65)
One PCN for the violation of NO ENTRY (fine was £65)
Both fines were paid ON TIME and fully settled
Do I need to mention these PCNs in my cover letter??? I still have an option to upload a cover letter on UKVCAS WEBSITE
Your urgent reply will be very helpful

PCNs do not need to be declared and have no effect on your application
