Hi all,

I would like to get some advice about my Long Residence.

I have spent time outside of the UK 535 days and there is no 180 days in a one time. it is mainly from a month or 2 months max for holiday.

Visa Status

1. Tier 4 2010.06.20 to 2010.10.30
2. Tier 4 2010.10.27 to 2012.10.22
3. Tier 4 2012.09.12 to 2014.10.27
4. Tier 5 2014.04.20 to 2016.04.20
5. Tier 2 2016.05.11 to 2019.05.30
6. Tier 2 2019.06.07 to 2022.05.11

I have a question here for continuous period in UK.

Between my 4th and 5th visa, 4th visa expired 2016.04.20 and 5th visa started from 2016.05.11.
There is no overstaying. I left the UK 2016.04.11 and applied 5th visa in 2016.04.26 from my home country.

apart from above visa, I have applied all visa before expired previous visa.

Am I eligible to apply for LR?

Please let me know any feedback.

Thank you in advance.

It's all fine. You can apply under SET(LR)
