Hi all
my husband got ILR (T1 based) in 2019 & i would be eligible for ILR in Sept 2021(im on T1 dependant visa till nov2022)
We had come to india on 2feb and later got stuck here due to covid lockdown.
The international flights are still not opened and not sure when they will open too. By 2Aug we will complete 6months outside UK.
My doubts are,if we are unable to make it to UK before 2aug,
1.will this affect my husband’s ILR
2.will it affect my Eligibility for ILR Or will they consider it based on current coMplicated situations.
3.any other option for us regarding this issue

Thank you all in advance

1. No.

2. Depends when your last visa extension was issued/approved. Useful to state this.

You are both subject to the absence limit of 180 days. There has been no relaxation of this.
