Wife flr visa

Hi All
Ilr granted last year BC due in april
One child british passport holder
Wife is on t1 enterpreur dependent till july 2020.
No income meeting 18600 and two dependents
Please advise best course of action to apply for wife on british child base on any other category and would u be kind enough to tell me the requirments for said visa category aswell.

I believe you were granted ILR under Tier 1E route. This means your wife and children remain under PBS dependant as usual until they get ILR under PBS route.
It is a very common misunderstanding that they need to switch to family route if you get BC. Your BC application does not change anything for your dependants. Switching to family route is a big mistake as
their ILR clock will be reset to zero.

Yes my wife is on pbs dependent but my child has already got citizenship, now i dont mind their clock to set to zero as i have not got access to 18600 income so i can apply for her extension on pbs dependent
Thats why i am thinking to chnage to another route coz child is born british..
Any advice plz

And also do i still need 18600 income to apply for her visa or not, also is there any income threshold for my baby aswell...

No and no!!
You need 90 days maintenance funds of £630 for each dependent applying for a visa extension.

The ILR clock will reset to zero only if they switch to family route. Also ONLY the family route has an income requirement. You seem to be mixing things up. You simply need the maintenance fund for 90 days under PBS dependant route

Sorry i failed to mention that i got my olr on 10 years route and not t1 ent route..
How would that change all this senario of british child and no access to 18600...
And in that case what is the best thing to do plz...

In that case they cannot extend under PBS route. If you do not meet the financial requirement, the correct route is FLR(FP) (10 year partner route)

And what are the full requirments of that visa plz like eng lang or maintenece or anything else and when is best to apply visa finishes in july also whays the fee plz

No such requirements. She has to switch as soon as possible

Hi All
I am on olr and want ro apply for my wife as a parent of british child so i believe i have to apply flr fp (corect me if i am wrong please)
While i was filling the form it asked me for financial requirments of 18600, which should not be the case in flr.fp
Please advice best coarsenof action as i left the application as it is and waitng for expert opinion.

FLR(FP) under the 10 year route does not have a financial requirement.
