ilr help

it look like my post been locked can u fix it thankyou.
dear moderate if u can see my old post .
3rd December i submit new flr fp.
i received my Subject access request.
it showing there out of time application what the mean of this ?

That you hadn't applied before the visa expiry.

Means your previous
visa had already expired before you submitted the referenced application.

i applied in time previous application result refused . the day i received refusal i applied flr fp on that day by post result granted.
but it showing on SAR flr fp was out of time and its breach of immi rules.
can i still apply set lr 10years long stay. how many chances ?

Maybe paragraph 39E saves you.

thanks for reply.
see if we have already in time application with home office and applicant on 3c leave.
what will b the status of applicant ? if he applied another application while first one is pending ?
it will consider in time application or out of time application as applicant on 3c leave..

It will still be seen as out of time but by virtue of paragraph 39E that overstaying might be disregarded.

hello guys thankyou for reply.
can you please help me how and where can i contact if my SAR not accurate.
can you please correct me if a applicant have in time vaild application with HOME OFFICE and applicant relying on 3c leave waiting for decision. but right a week before decision he applied another application (pay the fill the form) .
according to the 3c and 3d guidance first application automatically withdrawn and 2nd application will b treated as 1st. and 3c will continue until decision on 2nd application.
please correct me on it .thankyou thankyou
