Hi All ,
I need your valuable suggestion as my Leave to Remain application is due in September,2020

I have noticed I need to provide a reason or employer letter to justify my leaves when i was outside the UK.

In the last 4 years maximum 66 days i was out for consecutive 12 months where i have taken my annual leave and remaining time i worked from home/India.

Below is the breakdown :-

Leave date------> Return date----> Total Days Reason
09 October 2016------> 07 November 2016---> 28 Annual Leave
19 December 2016----> 08 January 2017-----> 19 Worked in India
13 October 2017------> 12 November 2017----> 29 Annual Leave
04 November 2018-----> 03 December 2018----> 28 Annual leave
24 October 2019------> 30 December 2019----> 66 Annual Leave + Worked in India

"Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of paid annual leave from the UK and Crown Dependencies"
I was fully paid during this duration and i assume my company can confirm my annual leave balance , do they need to mention that i was working from India ? as it was verbal agreement with my manager and he approved it but not recorded in any tool.
I am bit worried how my staying outside the UK can impact my ILR application ?
Did any one has gone through similar case ? any help will be greatly appreciated.

As long as your employer confirms that those absences were approved by them, you will be ok. No need to mention what you did in the letter. In the ILR form, you simply can say 'holidays' for the reason of your absences

Thanks for your prompt response , As per UK leave policy maximum holiday can be 30 days annually and i stayed more than 30 days , If employer only approve those 30 days and remaining as working days outside the UK.

There is no limit, simply get employer to confirm all. That is all
