Hi,

Can someone please clarify if there is requirement to provide financial support(sponsorship) documentation for PBS dependent applying for ILR via 5 year rule.

The list of documents does not ask any such requirement apart from benefits.

There is no income/maintenance requirement for PBS dependent applying ILR.

You still need cohabitation documents for last 2 years.

In terms of cohabitation proofs, does joint bank account statements and council tax bills will do?

You need 3 to 6 sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months for the last two years. Either in joint name or addressed to each of you individually.

You can use documents such as tenancy agreement, council tax, utility bills, TV licence, HMRC letters, NHS letters, etc etc.
