There is a min threshold of salary for all ILR applicants under Tier 2.
There is also a min salary you should be paid as per your SOC.
For ILR, you need to be paid the highest among the two. In your case, you need a min salary of £36,200 per annum which is the current min salary threshold that applies to all ILR applicants under Tier 2 General

@Zimba,

Thanks for the response.

I Understand that SOC code 2137(WebDesign and Development Professionals) is been added to the shortage occupation list effective Oct 2019. in that case what would be my minimum eligibility salary please? is the minimum salary requirement still remains £36,200 per annum?

Apperciated your response!

If you were assigned an SOC and anytime during the continuous 6-year period (ending on the date of application for indefinite leave to remain) your SOC ever appeared on the shortage list, then you are exempt from the min salary threshold requirement
