Hi,

I was doing self-employment job which is Taxi & Private Hire Driver job e.g. Uber, Bolt, Ola etc.

Now in the Set (LR) form, it asks as follows:

*is this a UK business?

Yes/No

*Telephone number

These are mandatory to answer, I must provide the address and telephone number to proceed, so whose address and telephone number should I provide? TFL or Uber or Bolt or Ola.

Please advise. Thanking in advance for your assistance.

I am not familiar with the SET(LR) form. Does it ask for your employment details ??! Self-employment means working for yourself. That is NOT an employment and you should not enter it as such
