Hi Gurus,

Apologies if this has already been answered,i went through the forum to find the answers but didnt get a clear one.
I was filling my SET(LR) form, in the section to prove English requirement i had the following question

1. Do you have a previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of English?
I entered UK in Sept 2010 on Tier 2 ICT- Established staff visa, however i doubt around that time i had to prove my knowledge in English as the form section made me select ICT and skip the entire section.
So for this NO is the correct option ?.

2. Do you have a degree that was taught in English?Yes
Country your degree was taught in India
Does your degree meet the English language requirement for this visa?No
I didnt go into the route of getting a NARIC certificate of my degree as it was time consuming and i had to get the letter from the university and due to this covid the process would have taken long. So in the last question above Is NO the correct answer or i should give the above explaination ?

3. What will you use to prove your degree taught in English?
This is where it becomes tricky, i have given certification from Trinity college Grade 5 GESE. Esol CEFR level B1.1
Should i select option of Official transcript/ letter or I am not able to provide this.

4. Have you passed an approved English language test? Yes
How did you get your result? Online Reference Number
Awarding body Trinity College London
Reference number XXXXXXX

I also got the certificate delivered to my address ,So should i select a certificate or online reference number. I am not sure if they will be able to find it using reference numbers or they have different systems where they check this.
Also is the certificate correct (Grade 5 GESE. Esol CEFR level B1.1) or i have taken a wrong exam

1. Correct,ICT doesn't have an English requirment.

2. Answer NO. The question is ONLY relevant to meeting the English requirment and if you use it and tick yes, you require ukvi naric red route. Ho don't care about your degree for any other reason.

3. See #2 above. If you are using the English test, that is the option you have to select.

4. Fine.

So for point 3 (What will you use to prove your degree taught in English?) i will be selecting I am not able to provide this as i cannot prove my degree thought in english and nor do i have any official transcript or letter

After selecting the option it further asks Give details about why you cannot provide this evidence
In this box should i explain them that i am not going the NARIC route and have taken an english test ?

For the degree question, answer NO, then the other questions about your degree are irrelevant.
