Good morning team...

Have submitted the ILR for my wife under set O. She is not working. we are holding the joint account names in Council Tax and Electricity bill. However i am making the payment via direct debit. Hence my wife has stated in the application form as "Yes" for this question: "Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?

In the consent form, i have signed for Part 2. Please advise whether I should sign part 3 as well? (though Part 3 says as third party, but inside the part 3, "If the information or documentation relates to another person or persons who is to provide the applicant with financial support, that person or persons* should sign the following declaration)

Have read the forum, but requesting for more clarity as who has to sign Part 3

It will be of great help if you help me on this.

I have read that forum / message too.. but in my case, there are no financial support from any banks.

Multiple usernames are not permitted in the forum.

If you do not state which username you wish to keep, both will be banned including the static IP address from the same household you are both posting from.
