Hi,

I hope someone can help here. I’m due to apply for ilr with in the next couple month, however I’m confused as to what pages on the passport needs to be scanned. On my initial entry into the uk, I used the visa on my passport (which was expired at the time) while holding a new passport, which meant my intial entry stamp was on that new passport (back then). So my question is, would I need to scan the data and visa page of that expired passport, although it had no entry stamp?

All stamped pages and biometric pages must be scanned and uploaded.

Thank you Cr001. This wouldn’t include uk visas and stamps before the start of my 10 years right?

Also what about Visa pages from other countries during the 10 year period? As I read somewhere, that we need to scan all pages in the passport, is this correct?

For ILR based on long residence, you ONLY need to prove your residence and absence with the travel stamps, including the date of entry to the UK that the application is based on. Don't overthink this process.

Oh thank youu. Just to go off topic abit, with regards to absences, if I have 1 or 2 situations where my flight was an overnight flight, how do fill the form? For Example, let’s say I left the uk on the 1st and arrive in another country 2nd, the 2nd will be indicated on my passport. Do I just go with the 2nd as indicated on my passport? Or I say the 1st say why it shows the 1st on my passport?

In the form you simply list the 1st as it asks about your dates of travel. UKVI do actually know the rules about absence and how to calculate it.
