I am on Tier 2 general visa and was on for last 5 years and 4 months. I want to make my ILR application as soon as possible.
Before I started working on Tier 2 visa, I was doing my PhD study and was on Tier 4 visa from 01-10-2011. After I finished my masters I started a job on Tier 2 visa from 01-05-2015. I first entered UK on Tier 4 visa on 15-09-2011. I only have very short holidays(less than 10 days) outside UK

ILR application asks me for the date when I entered UK first for the period of this application is based on. My ILR application is based on me staying 5 years in UK on Tier 2 visa and I was already in UK when that started. So for that first entry date, shall I just say that it is 1 May 2015(First Tier 2 visa issue date), or 10 september 2015 (5 years from now) or I need to say it is 15-09-2011 which is the day I physically entered UK?

Hi,
I submitted my SET O form and with my wife included. I found I made a mistake when I select the answer of Consent as shown below:
I will provide a declaration signed by me to confirm my consent for the Home Office to request
verification checks

Yes

Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?

No (I think this should be Yes)

The reason why I think I made a mistake because we provided some utility bills with our two names on.
What can I do to correct this mistake or just wait?
The following is what I have done tryinig to bypass the mistake.
When I uploaded the documents, I uploaded two consent forms under both my and my wife's folders.
Under my folder, I uploded the consent form where I am the applicant and my wife is the joint-owner.
Under my wife's folder, I uploded the consent form where my wife is the applicant and I am the joint-owner.

I do not know whether this will work?
Could anyone give me some suggestions and advises
