missing documents children ILR

we applied for ILR 2months back and today we received an email asking for missing documents to prove our children live with us ..
Recent documentary evidence to confirm that your dependent children reside with you at your current address. This should be on official headed paper and be from your client’s children’s school, nursery, health visitor, GP or Local Authority. Please also provide any recent documents from the HMRC confirming any child tax credits that you receive, and any other correspondence which you may of received that shows your children reside with you.

No where did it say we need to supply this... we will of course get letters from the school and GP
Our children are 12 and 14 ...
We are worried now that this is not a good sign :-( feeling very anxious

Nothing to get worried. Just provide what they have asked. Actually this is a good sign that your application is being processed. Once you provide the evidence, it will be approved very soon.
