"Urgent" ILR Query

Hi Gurus, I applied for ILR (Set (O)) for my dependents in April 2020 and have their bio-metric appointment scheduled for today evening.

I was going through the application that we have submitted and I have noticed a few things that I would like to confirm and be double sure about and any suggestions that you may have:

ILR was applied under - Set (o). (For dependants only, I already have ILR since last year)

Sections ->

1) Personal Information --> Select a category in which you are applying for ILR --> we selected 'Tier 2 dependant'. Hope this is correct?

2) The person you are joining or accompanying --> my details --> Then it asked for 'Which visa is <Mr My Name here> applying for or been granted? --> we selected 'Tier 2 (General) visa' (since there was no option for us to select ILR).
Further, it asked for if there is any reference numbers --> So I provided my latest 'ILR' VAF number (not the previous Tier 2 VAF number)

3) Then they asked for the sponsor license number? --> Though we provided the sponsor license number, however, I would like to mention that I had left the job with this sponsor since I got my ILR last year.

My question is :
Should I upload/submit a separate letter mentioning that I am no longer working with my previous Tier 2 sponsor? Does this matter?

Also, in the list of 'Other documents' --> It asks for:
All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that Miss <Daughter's name> has used to travel to or remain in the UK

Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on Mr <MY NAME> for joint accounts or third party support

Evidence of Mrs <Wife's Name> immigration status in the UK

Declaration signed by Mr <MY NAME> to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks

Current Biometric Residence Permit for Mrs <Wife's Name>

All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK
If you notice they has asked for two consent forms for Mr <MY NAME> (my name) twice. However, I am not really providing any financial support to her? My wife is working and we have provided our joint bank statement in which she receives her salary as well. And interestingly they have not asked for a consent form from my wife (who is the main applicant for this application.)

Consent form has 3 parts. Applicant signs part 1. Joint account holder will sign part 2.
