Hi Guys,

Hope this message finds you well and I have a small query with regards to my wife's ILR as I wanted to
know Under which form I need to apply and also I need to know which documents I need to submit as part
of her ILR Application.

WIFE VISA -- TIER 1 - PBS DEPENDANT VISA
HUSBAND - BC (NATURALISED VIA TIER 1 GENERAL)

My wife is not working atm and she is a shareholder in my Ltd Company and was wondering what
supporting documents of mine I need to submit as part of her ILR application.

Any help appreciated.

There is no income or maintenance requirements for your wife. No employment documents needed.

The checklist will tell you about the docs but the main ones are:
Passport
BRP
Life in UK
English Test/UK Degree
Cohabitation documents for last 2 years
Absence limits only for any leave granted after 11th Jan 2018.

Thanks, Mate and was wondering what about the bank statements (How many Months) do we need to submit, and also I presume they need my Business bank statements rather than personal one right?

If possible could you provide me the link or checklist/guidance document of all documents needed for the SET O application please.

Why would you need business bank statements or any bank statements for a tier 1 dependent applying for ilr?? There is no financial or maintenance fund requirment for ilr and your business is irrelevant to the dependent ilr application.
