[ILR Tier 2] "When did you first enter the UK?"

Hello,

I'm applying for ILR on 5 years route Tier 2 (General). I first entered UK with Tier 4 visa in 09/2013, then I applied to switch to Tier 2 in 11/2015 after graduation.
I'm wondering how I should answer this question from online application?

When did you first enter the UK?
This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started.

If I put in 2013, it asks me for evidence of any absence during my studying Tier 4 as well...

Any help welcome.

Many thanks,
NH

Date your tier 2 was granted as that is what your ilr is based on.

Hello,

I'm applying for ILR Tier 2 5 years route.
My Tier 2 was granted on 17/11/2015.
I understand I can apply 28 days before qualifying period. But I'm not sure how HO calulate this?
For e.g. my 5 year qualifying period date is 17/11/2020 or 16/11/2020?

Any idea welcomed.

Thanks,
NH
